Halcon Packaging struggles to make customers' voyages as charming as possible right from the minute buying the product to unloading. Despite of all exertions and persistence, sometimes somewhat might go erroneous and you may request to return the product. In this situation, please raise an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) demand by approving the Terms and conditions provided underneath. This document clarifies our rules in all situations where you want to raise an RMA request. Please note that there is a variance between Business Customers and Consumers (see Terms below).
Please be alert that any inconsistencies between your order and the goods received must be reported within 3 days of unloading of the items.

Terms

"Business Customer" means a client who’s not a Consumer of the product.
"Consumer" means a single who is not a stand-in for the dedications of his or her business or profession.

Shipping Terms:

  1. Please note, we ship all orders made of cardboard, kraft, and corrugated sheets in a flat shape (using adhesive tape or pre-glued), which have to be assembled by customers themselves, however for rigid stock we ship in assembled shape.
  2. Standard delivery: With standard delivery, you receive your entire order within 1 to 2 days, from the point when all the packages in your purchase are received from our manufacturing plant (could take 7-8 working days depending on quantity ordered).
  3. Partial Shipping: If you buy more than two different items - it is possible that they could be on diverse lead times and thus you could demand several deliveries and will be charged for all added deliveries beyond the standard.
  4. Shipping to several locations, some clienteles buying centrally and request to have several items delivered to too many offices, this can be done after the related safety checks are vibrant and the further costs covered.
  5. We deliver all around the UK, Australia, the USA, and Canada via DHL or FedEx. Express Delivery via DHL within the UK, Australia, USA, and Canada for Next-day delivery and for 2-day delivery options as well. Once the dispatch of your order is realized, the delivery time is up to 2 days maximum through DHL for our Europe & UK, USA, Australia, and Canada customers living within these territories.
  6. Please note that since DHL or FedEx do not deliver on weekends.
  7. Please note that Halconpackaging.com will not be accountable for the possibility of late deliveries should it worry a direct charge with DHL, FedEx. First contact our client services or in this certain situation, all clienteles can contact DHL or FedEx.
  8. Our production facilities are existing Inhouse: (Germany, UK, USA, Australia) and offshore (India, Pakistan, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia) - we are supply the packaging boxes to our clients through these production facilities to; avoid delays (production facility choice is absolutely on the customer, prices may vary).

Cancellation Policy

As a part of order fulfillment, we need the users and clients of our website to send payment proof (whether an electronic file or onerous copy) of the printing product or different services they order. Following the approval of payment proof by the client, the printing jobs are sent to the press. Once a print job has been approved by the client and sent to press or via our website, no changes are allowed to the design files, job specifications, or printing turnaround. You’ll get a limited time of 4-hours once approval of the proof to cancel your order. Such cancellation can carry a charge of $25 and 5% of the total order quantity before the order is void. You can cancel orders on the far side 24-hours cut-off date. Such cancellation can carry a charge of 50% of the full order quantity to protect workers in our prepress department and monetary cost related to cancellation. We tend not to guarantee that your order will be canceled within the 24-hours cut-off time. Moreover, if the client at his own consent without any valid reason wanted to cancel an order (after 3 days) utilizing our multiple design revision services, then Halcon Packaging reserves the right to charge 25% of the actual order due to spending time, and resources to facilitate the client.

Delay Order Cancellation / Refund Conditions

We use all efforts to print and ship your orders in a very timely manner. In no case shall Halconpackaging.com be accountable for any significant or damages ensuing from delay in shipping or delivery. You agree to not hold Halconpackaging.com accountable for delays in shipments caused by inclemency, shipping company delays, customs problems, or the other circumstances on the far side of our direct control. Just in case of delay, because of technical issues or failure throughout the printing, speeded up charges are refunded. Orders can't be canceled because of delays within the printing.

Return Material Authorization (RMA)

Due to the custom nature of printing products and unconventional services we offer, you wish to tell us at Halconpackaging.com within 4 business days of receiving your order, if you discover the part of delivered boxes defective or not per your ordered specifications. We tend to cannot to issue a refund or credit to you; though we'll reprint your original order partly or fully; once inspected, and if we tend to make a mistake or realize it is defective. Determination of defects is at the discretion of our management. To receive the reprint of your original order partly or fully, you have to submit digital photos documenting the merchandise defect or return at your own expense, the total quantity of the order to us within 7 business days of taking the order delivery. Charges associated with the speeding up orders process are non-refundable.

  1. The RMA Confirmation:
  2. Our sales representative will send you the RMA form. (Download RMA form)
  3. You Fill it and send it back to a sales representative.

RMA Return Shipment:

  1. After the RMA form, a sales representative will forward it to the pre-press department to verify the fault, if found out the fault – will ask to return the boxes for reprinting.
  2. Returned products have to be crammed properly to avoid injury during delivery.
  3. Once shipped, please notify the sales representative tracking Number; instantly.

Delivery Charges:

The Customer is responsible for paying shipment charges when returning to us; and Halcon will take the responsibility of sending it back at our shipping account.
